CLUB FEES

 

On the AGM that was hold in  November 2010 at the club house of PMCC it was approved that the Club fees will stay as follows:

R150.00 per annum for uniform members and PSAP members.

R50.00 per family member that is still in the house hold (school children/students/spouse)

R250.00 for civilian members.

 

We request all members to renew their membership with the treasurer ASAP. The third Wednesday of each month is admin day at the club. Make use of this to renew your membership.

 

Should one wish to register on line please enter your initials surname date and “cycling” for reference. Proof of payment must be mail to the treasurer at mwmeiring@yahoo.com

CYCLING SOUTH AFRICA (CSA) REGISTRATION

 

Minimum license requirement.

 

As from 2011 recreational license will fall away. Please visit CSA web site for more information. There is members that did apply for their license and was approved.

DATABASE

 

It is necessary for the club to manage its members. To enable the committee to communicate with every member it is expected of each member to ensure that his or her contact details are correct on the database of the club. Five minutes of your time is all that is needed to check your detail. Everybody's co-operation is appreciated in this regard. The current database will be available in the clubhouse for you to confirm and alter where applicable. If you are not a paid up member your name can not be placed on a signal for any race or event.

All members are kindly reminded to write their race results in the race register in the club house. These results will be locked on a spreadsheet and points will be allocate. More news and criteria will be available soon.  

 

 

CHAMPIONCHIP DETAILS

 

It is requested that everyone would correct their details on the championchip website. This can be done at www.championchip.co.za. The club name is the most important in this regard. Please enter it (in the club name field) as "Pretoria Military Cycling Club". By doing this results for club members can be found instantly on the web site. It is important to enter the club name exactly as described above.

 

Also, please remember to provide the secretary with your personal chip (Championchip & Winningtime) details. Remember winning time changed to Racetech. Results, linked to these chips, have to be submitted at meetings.
